Transformation Is A Journey

Many times did I tried to change one or more things.  Regular exercise, eat vegan, reduce calories.  It did not work, because you need to do something different to burn your existing fat, build up muscle mass and maintain a sustainable lifestyle.  And it does not work if you try to do it all at the same time.  That is where the 7-Phase Plan comes in.

Below you will find the transformation framework that works.  During my personal journey, my medical team became too optimistic given the fast results.  They asked me to stop to early.  This led to a deteriotions of my biomarkers in just two weeks.  Many people miss this and bounce back.  I was lucky to catch it as I was diligently measuring.  The framework really requires the next three phases to generate the lasting results.

Phase One

Replace carbohydrates with proteins and fats.  Ensure your replenish your body with water and electrolytes.

Phase Two

Lower proteins and increase fats.  This will help you get into full ketosis.  You are now starting to burn fat for energy.

Phase Three

Reduce your carbohydrates even more and begin intermittent fasting.  You will see a steady fat loss and reduced measurements.

Phase Four

Your fat burning engine is on full throttle.  You may not loose weight, but waist circumference.  Keep up the good work.

Phase Five

Overshoot your target.  This will give you the buffer you need to find your new equilibrium when your cells replenish glycogen and you build up muscle mass.

Phase Six

Gently reintroduce carbohydrates and start resistance training to build lean muscle mass.  You will regain about 4kg in the process.

Phase Seven

Find your new maintenance balance and find your sustainable lifestyle diet.
